Financial Services Ireland/City of London

The current bilateral dialogue between financial services practitioners in Dublin and London was established in February 2016. It is co-chaired by Declan Bolger, Chief Executive Officer, Irish Life, and Joanna Cound, Global Head of Public Policy, BlackRock. Following the UK’s exit from the EU the dialogue has taken on an increased significance given the strong linkages between both centres and the similarity of approach to the development of market oriented policies for financial services.

The group alternates its plenary meetings between London and Dublin, approximately twice per year.

The secretariat is provided by Financial Services Ireland and the City of London Corporation.
